Our People

The BUDIARTO Law Partnership has established a solid team of highly competent lawyers and support staff. All of them are at least bilingual and well trained in their respective practice areas. The principal, Widjojo Budiarto, is a dual qualified lawyer admitted to practise as an Advocate of Indonesia (Peradi) and as a Solicitor of England and Wales.

He has been practising law since 1992. Apart from a Bachelor degree in Indonesian law from Darma Agung University (1991), he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (Common Professional Examination) from Bournemouth University, England (2000) and a Master of Science in Finance and Financial Law from SOAS, University of London (2007).
